In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

4 reasons to book
  • Recently restyled rooms — Guests consistently describe the rooms as fresh, clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and modern furnishings.
  • Well-equipped wellness facilities — The spa and fitness centre receive high praise, making it easy to unwind after a day in the city.
  • Convenient for business and EU visitors — Located near the EU buildings and close to the metro, with easy access to the business district.
  • Express check-out that saves time — The non-stop check-out process is a practical advantage, especially when facing long queues at reception.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Away from the historic centre — The hotel is central to the business district but a longer walk to the Grand Place and the main tourist square.
  • Price can feel high — Some guests felt the rates were steep for the offering, though this is partly explained by high demand in Brussels.
  • Dining rated below other aspects — The hotel's dining options scored lower than its rooms and location, with no standout praise in guest reviews.
  • Bathrooms can feel dated — While rooms are restyled, some bathrooms have older fixtures that don't match the rest of the decor.

“The hotel had no record of my reservation because they changed names and lost the booking in the system, but the staff sorted it out within 30 minutes of arrival. The hotel is fairly central to the business district but a bit far from the city centre where the main square is.”

“Large lounge area. Very friendly reception staff, especially Suzanne.”

“Good location close to the metro. I felt it was slightly overpriced, but given how scarce accommodation was in Brussels during my stay, it made sense. The room was nice and spacious, though the bathroom fixtures looked a bit dated. Breakfast was nice when it wasn't too crowded. The express check-out saved me as there was a long queue on my departure morning.”

“Only stayed one night as we were meeting friends from the US, so I wasn't in the hotel long enough to form much of an opinion. I liked the hospitality tray, the well-stocked minibar and the digital time clock on the TV that was correct. The car park was convenient and easy to use.”
